Return Process

  Log into your WRBuilds account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
